The Hatfield Union is a collaboration of long time Powell River artists. Having its share of trials and tribulations, with members coming and going, the band has fought to stay together like the Hatfields & McCoys. Originating on Hatfield Street in Powell River the band was created.
The Hatfield Union currently features Gitta May Nielsen, Allan Stepaniuk, Dave McMaster, Jose Gogniat. The group writes performs a wide variety of indie blues rock inspired music mainly written and recorded in Lund, BC. The Band is quickly gaining momentum and is becoming a local favourite here on the West Coast and beyond.
