The Sunshine Music Festival is a volunteer-run, non-profit music festival, with a mission of bringing talented artists, both local and from afar, to our beachfront stage. Our artist budget is struggling to keep up with the times, and we are now turning to our community to help us continue our mission. As we are approaching the fourth festival since the two-year Covid hiatus, we are feeling the challenge of staying financially afloat. With the ongoing maintenance of the festival infrastructure and the ever-increasing operational costs, we are in a pinch for what we can allocate to our artist budget. Every year, our hardworking volunteers pour their time and energy into organizing an event that celebrates the spirit of music, arts, and community. While our team’s passion and dedication are what make this festival happen, we are now turning to the people of qathet and your love of the festival for your help to keep this local gem alive.
